How can I contact Artsy Blooms?
You can purchase online any time of the day, seven days per week. Artsy Blooms can also be contacted by email or phone.

During peak periods, such as Christmas, we recommend placing your order earlier to ensure timely delivery.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Artsy Blooms does not deliver on the weekends.

What time will my gift arrive?
Deliveries will arrive at business addresses by 5.00pm Monday to Friday and residential addresses by 8.00pm 7 days a week. Please note we cannot specify a time of day for delivery on our standard courier services.

What if my recipient is not at home?
Artsy Blooms recommends you use a business address if there is a chance of someone not being home. It is our standard procedure for our couriers to leave the bloom in a noticeable cool & dry place but only if they are able to do so safely.

What if the delivery address is incorrect?
We highly recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone will be home to accept the delivery.

If a product is returned because you supplied us with incorrect or insufficient address details, you will be contacted for the correct details to resend your gift and postage will be charged at your expense.

If the courier can’t access the property you will be contacted for a different address to resend your gift and postage will be charged at your expense.

If the courier returns your gift because the recipient is not longer at the address you have provided us, you will be contacted for a new address to resend your gift and postage will be charged at your expense.

Artsy Blooms hold no responsibility for any delays if your gift has to be resent due to your error.
It is important that someone is home to receive the delivery of your gift, Artsy Blooms holds no responsibility for your gift once the courier has delivered.

On the unfortunate event that a gift arrives late due to our error, Artsy Blooms will credit you  50% of the 'gift' price less delivery.

What if my Bloom is damaged during delivery?
At Artsy Blooms we carefully package our gifts to ensure a safe transit however if the unfortunate event of your bloom being damaged in transit occurs please contact Artsy Blooms on 0423 714 540 immediately and we will organize a replacement bloom to be sent back out at no cost. Please note to be eligible you will need to provide a photograph of the damaged bloom and you must contact us within 24 hours of the gift being delivered.

Can I send a bloom anywhere in Australia?
Artsy Blooms deliver our Chocolate Bouquets across Adelaide and Gift Boxes and Baby Clothing Bouquets can be delivered Australia wide. Products containing Alcohol and fresh fruit cannot be delivered outside Adelaide.
Please note: NO alcohol hampers will be left without obtaining a signature and someone over the age of 18 must sign for the gift.

Do I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to you confirming the details of all online orders. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive this. If Artsy Blooms cannot meet any specific requests listed in your order, our staff will be in contact to discuss your requirements.

What method of payment is accepted?
Artsy Blooms secure online payment system will accept MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express cards via PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?
Artsy Blooms does not offer cancellation once the order has been processed. Artsy Blooms is happy to amend a change of mind for something different by contacting us by email on enquiry@artsyblooms.com.au

Is my personal information secure when I order online?
You can be assured of a safe and secure online shopping experience with Artsy Blooms.
Why do I need to create a login when I make an order and who has access to my personal information?
When placing an order with Artsy Blooms for the first time, you will be asked to create a members login. This will ask you to enter some personal information such as your name, phone number, email and address. Once you have set up your members login your personal details are saved into our database and this will make it faster and easier to order in future. All personal information is confidential and will not be shared with any other businesses or organizations.
